Civil Design Engineer
Location: Chesham
Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid
Experience Level:
We're ideally looking for candidates with 1-5 years' consultancy experience in drainage and/or highways design. However, this is a guideline-applications from all experience levels are welcome.

We're working with a highly regarded SME Civil & Structural Engineering consultancy that consistently delivers projects on par with major industry players. Despite their size, they take on large, complex infrastructure schemes across the residential, retail, commercial, and industrial sectors.

The Role
You'll be joining a team of 5 engineers, working across a variety of development projects from concept design through to construction support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drainage design
- Highways design (S278 & S38)
- Earthworks modelling
- Pavement design
- Supporting project delivery across multiple sectors
Requirements
- Experience in civil infrastructure design (roads and drainage)
- Familiarity with relevant software such as:
- AutoCAD
- MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage / Causeway Flow
- Civil 3D / Site3D / PDS
- Full UK Driving Licence (or reliable transport for regular office attendance)
