The portal, branded Pulse, targets uses of off-grid renewable energy. Developing the system, Nixon Hire says, took a year and a half, and a ‘seven figure’ investment in data infrastructure.
It will allow customers to view equipment and renewable energy assets on hire by site, and to access live diagnostic insights and identify energy generation issues. They will be able to track financial savings, fuel savings and carbon reductions, and compare site efficiency and performance across multiple locations and time periods.
Pulse will give clients access to asset-level renewable power performance data, and to export site-level and portfolio-wide reports in PDF, or data in Excel. They will be able to view Nixon Hire’s wider ESG performance data, including depot-level sustainability metrics.
