Cleaner / Welfare Cleaner - Chipping Warden (Must driver and have CSCS Card)

Location: Chipping Warden, HS2 Project
Job Type: Full-time / Ongoing Work

£14.28 per hour PAYE.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning welfare facilities, including toilets, kitchens, canteens and washrooms.

Carrying out general cleaning duties across site cabins and welfare areas.

Emptying bins and disposing of waste from cabins around the site.

Cleaning and maintaining shared areas to ensure they remain presentable.

Refilling water stations and ensuring supplies are replenished.

Checking welfare facilities regularly and reporting any maintenance or supply issues.

Following site hygiene, cleaning and health and safety procedures.

Essential Requirements

Valid CSCS Green Card.

Full UK driving licence - essential.

Previous cleaning experience of some kind.

Welfare, industrial or construction site cleaning experience would be an advantage.

Comfortable with cleaning toilets and welfare facilities as part of daily duties.

Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
