Asbestos Removal & encapsulation

All works are carried out in accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 (CAR 2006). All our staff are fully trained, CSCS card holders and are CRB checked as requirement of commencing employment with the company.

Re-Instatement

Only highly experienced employees are chosen to undertake reinstatement works following our initial removal programme. Re-insulation of pipe work and re boarding can all be carried out in house to a high standard.

Fire Protection

W.M.A can offer a stand alone service of installing both boarding and insulation products to further protect premises occupants from the risk and effects of fire. Contact us for further details.

Project Management

W.M.A have vast experience of managing asbestos management & removal services. Key contracts have been managed on a rolling basis to the satisfaction of our clients.

Surveys

W.M.A undertake hundreds of asbestos surveys per year, for a number of key clients in the construction/property improvement sector. We employ a team of trained surveyors who are stringently audited. All surveys are carried out in compliance with HSG264 Asbestos: The survey guide.

Pre Demolition Soft Strip

We can offer a soft strip service to be carried out prior to demolition or major refurbishments. The benefit of using W.M.A is that known asbestos materials can be removed in conjunction with non asbestos items speeding up the programme. Unknown materials can also be dealt with minimizing the delay to the works programmes.

24 Hour Call out Service

We have in place a 24 call out service for all key clients, we can mobilise fully trained and equipped teams of operatives with the capability to deal/contain with any emergency occurrence.

Nationwide Coverage

Based centrally in the UK we are able to complete works throughout England and Wales with ease. We are located adjacent the M42 / M6 intersection which gives us rapid access to the UK’s motorway network.
