Newlay Walling

Newlay walling is manufactured in Yorkshire by blending natural stone aggregates with cement and other additives to recreate the appearance and texture of natural quarried stone. The mix is then cast into blocks, slabs, or panels, which are used in the construction of new homes, care homes, commercial buildings, flood walls and landscaping.

Newlay Walling has the aesthetic appeal of traditional stone and with enhanced functionality and cost-effectiveness.

With a number of different shades and sizes Newlay Walling offers a credible alternative to natural stone.

Milestones in Growth and Innovation:

2015: A significant investment and expansion of our premises and the introduction of vapour curing technology revolutionized our manufacturing process. This investment dramatically reduced delivery times and ensured that each item we produce is of exceptional quality, with even curing throughout.

2019: Further investment in our mould-making department and the integration of CNC-machined profiles ensured we stayed ahead of modern manufacturing trends, allowing us to produce more precise and intricate designs.

2020: Procter Cast Stone was acquired by Newlay Cast Stone Limited a Yorkshire based company, a move that allowed us to expand our reach and continue offering our clients superior cast stone products delivered across the UK.

2021: Newlay walling introduced, manufactured at our facility in Yorkshire.

2022 : Environmental by sending production waste to be recycled by our sister company for use in concrete block manufacture. The use of recycled waste in concrete block production reduces the need for raw materials such as sand, gravel, and cement. This helps preserve natural resources and reduces the environmental impact of mining and extraction activities.
