We are P-IE (Planit Intelligent Environments), a design practice with a passion for outside spaces and the role they play as building blocks for our communities. For over two decades we’ve been turning spaces into places for people to explore, engage with and most importantly, enjoy. From the UK’s largest regeneration projects to bespoke single site commissions, our team of Landscape Architects, Urban Designers, Visualisers, Animators and Graphic Designers are driven by the challenge to embed design quality within the built environment – whatever the scale, whatever the context.

The P-IE team of more than 50 dedicated professionals, is led by our two founders and Managing Partners – Pete Swift and Ed Lister.
