Metalock UK Casting Repair Division is the largest and most successful company in the world specializing in the cold repairs of cracked or broken industrial components manufactured from Cast Iron, Steel and Aluminium using the unique Metalock Process.

This is a cold repair process that avoids the normal stress problems associated with welding and maintains the original alignment, which limits the need for re-machining following repair.

Metalock International Association has developed and tested a new stainless key (MN555) to enable repairs to components working at high temperatures of up to 550 degrees C. The key is corrosion resistant and can also increase the return of strength of a repair.
