Manthorpe has developed a range of loft access doors to satisfy both the requirements of the building industry bodies and the practical and aesthetic criteria of the house builder and homeowner.

All Manthorpe loft doors have catches to prevent wind uplift and are fully insulated and draught sealed.

All doors have a white, easy clean, finely textured finish and classic design to suite all decors.

Doors can also be supplied with insulation material which is complient with Part L Building Regulations to a rating of 0.35W/m²k. Manthorpe's Part L complient doors are denoted with the suffix L after the reference code, eg. GL250-03L.
