Asbestos Removal

In January 2008 we launched Howard Stott Asbestos Ltd to expand our scope and bring the demolition projects under strict in-house control. From a health and safety, quality assurance and cost effectiveness perspective, direct control of asbestos-related activities is essential and offers customers total peace of mind.

We have been granted a three-year licence by the Health & Safety Executive (no. 4091005353) and enjoy a growing reputation for quality and reliability among both established and new clients.

Soft Strip

We offer a full soft strip service for all types of structures, from commercial to domestic, to facilitate both refurbishment contracts and demolition.

Our highly qualified CCDO workforce manage all soft strip contracts and we pride ourselves in completing all contracts on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

All materials and debris removed during soft strip are separated on site into relevant recyclable counterparts and transported to the nearest recycling facility to help prevent unnecessary landfill, thus reducing our carbon footprint.

Crushing

To comply with all environmental regulations, we offer a service to segregate and sort all inert materials on site under a strict WRAP protocol. This system is referred to as ‘Aggregain’ and allows us to crush hardcore materials and certify them as reusable aggregates, which can be reused by the client during the construction phase, saving both time and money.

All materials to be crushed are screened and sized using our fleet of ultra-modern specialist attachments prior to being placed into the crushing plant to ensure all foreign materials are removed leaving a clean usable product.
