Featuring a new AC drive system, Genie all-electric articulating boom lifts and scissor lifts are quiet, clean and cost-effective to own and operate. Particularly well suited to environment-sensitive jobsites, they allow end-users to adapt to today’s noise and emissions regulations. In addition to being ideal for urban applications during the day or at night, these all-electric machines offer excel-lent manoeuvrability well-suited to busy, congested jobsites.

Genie hybrid technology is a revolutionary new approach to boom lifts, adapted to today’s evolving needs for high performance, high efficiency and low emissions. The ideal environment-friendly, true 4x4 solution for increased return on investment and reduced operating costs in both indoors and outdoors jobsites.

Responding to customer demand worldwide for higher capacity aerial work platforms, Genie Xtra Capacity™ (XC™) booms offer the benefits of a dual-envelope design to provide an unrestricted plat-form capacity of 300 kg (660 lb) and a restricted capacity of 454 kg (1,000 lb). This reduces the number of lift cycles and amount of equipment needed to get tools and materials to aerial worksites — doing more with a single unit saves time and increases productivity.

For everyday work-at-height applications, the Genie J Series booms deliver quality, performance and value. The single-envelope boom structure of the J boom simplifies calibration and annual inspec-tions and reduces by 30% the number of replaceable parts. S®-60 J booms come equipped with a 24 hp engine, making them Stage V compliant without the need for an aftertreatment system. The S-80 J boom is light weight enough that it can be equipped with TraX™, making it the only tracked boom available in the 80-foot category. With a 300 kg (660 lb) platform capacity, a standard 1.83 m (6 ft) jib and 4-wheel drive oscillate axles, J Series delivers simplicity and a lower total cost of ownership without sacrificing performance.
