Engcon, founded in 1990 in Northern Sweden (now headquartered in Strömsund in the region of Jämtland) is the world-leading manufacturer of tiltrotators. In addition to tiltrotators engcon also manufactures quick hitches, buckets and hydraulic attachments for excavators ranging from 1.5 to 33 metric tonnes.

Engcon UK Ltd was established in 2003 as a fully owned subsidiary of Engcon Group AB. Based in the Gloucestershire town of Tewkesbury, Engcon UK has a dedicated service centre with a fully stocked warehouse, workshops and sales office selling to and servicing the whole of the UK as well as the Republic of Ireland. Engcon UK sells exclusively through its network of dealers for all brands of excavators. In addition to having a dealer network engcon has an independent network of service agents that install, maintain and repair its equipment.

Engcon’s mission is to improve the efficiency, safety and profitability of its customers. At the heart of this is the tiltrotator. The tiltrotator is a tilting / rotating hitch that allows excavators to tilt their attachments 45°each way and rotate continuously 360°.
