Cost Consultancy

We provide independent and impartial value-driven advice on a full lifespan of a project that we are retained on. We support our clients by providing a hands-on support service driven by a fully qualified QS Consultant who is able to provide insights and recommendations to our clients that will assist in delivering the projects on time and on budget time and time again. Services include Cost Planning, Projected Forecasts, Cash Flow projections and Risk Assessments.

Appraisals

Development Appraisals

We provide clients with Full Development Appraisals for developments that they have upcoming. Our clients rely on us to provide this service so they can work out if it is cost-effective for them to buy a certain project. We pride ourselves on the ability of our internal team to provide exact appraisals that are exact and true every time. We are able to do this by using our extensive reach in the market to be able to update our information on Construction Cost Projections and Sale prices in areas at all times.

Construction Appraisals

We provide clients with full construction costs for relevant projects. Delivering a comprehensive report to the overall pricing and logic to ensure you are tendering on projects that are profitable to you. We provide this service to Developers, Main Contractors and also on individual packages on a project for our Subcontractor clients. This service also comes with a full BOQ take off as part of the service.

Conditional Surveying and Annotation Work

Due to a partnership we have with a leading Drone technology company we are able to offer our clients a fully managed solution for Surveying company property assets. We are able to pick up on all of the faulty conditions of the properties and deliver this information back to clients in a clear and concise way. Our clients are then able to put together comprehensive programmes to rectify the damage to the properties. We also assist our clients with the next step by creating cost plans for the remediation work.

BOQ Preparation

We carry out take offs and BOQ preparation for construction projects of any size. Our skilled team are able to create individual project specific measured quantities of all items that are required to turn a project from an inception to completion.
