Since 1995, the name Calibre Construction Limited has been known throughout the Midlands for expert building and quality construction in the industrial and commercial building market sector.

Over the last 10 years we have completed over 700,000 square feet of B1 B2 and B8 industrial and commercial buildings all designed to comply with an Energy Efficiency rating of C or better

Once known primarily for the supply and installation of steel framed buildings and cladding components, Calibre has evolved to become a successful, diversified Design & Build firm at the forefront of building trends such as construction management. Over the years we have built up a professional team of subcontractors which remain with us today. Combining these subcontractors with our management and organisational skills enables us to take on any project with the confidence we will complete on time and on budget.

We also undertake refurbishment work to existing buildings and have the facility to advise upon and assist with the construction programme to ensure minimum disruption to normal daily operations.

We offer a full design service and a full planning service through our retained Chartered Architects, alternatively we have worked alongside chartered surveyors & architects employed by various organisations, companies & developers.
