Description
Cambridge City Council invites contractors to bid for the repair of the riverside wall at Jesus Green:
The Works will comprise the following:
鈥� Full design for the Works.
鈥� Stabilisation and repair of the existing Riverside Wall.
鈥� Construction of a new sheet pile wall with associated infill and capping.
鈥� Tie-in and local modification of the existing wall and footpath structure.
鈥� Modification and reinstatement of existing outfalls, pump-out and drainage arrangements.
鈥� Replacement of the foul-water drainage serving Jesus Green Lido.
鈥� Protection and coordination of existing utilities and services.
鈥� Temporary footpath diversion, site fencing and public access management.
鈥� River-based access, material delivery and temporary storage arrangements.
鈥� Temporary works and construction access required to complete the wall stabilisation.
鈥� Reinstatement of affected footpaths, paving, grassed areas and riverbank surfaces.
