Description

Chelmsford City Council on behalf of the SEPP wish to appoint several suitably experienced contractors to a framework contract from which work orders can be called off through:

Lot 1 of the framework - undertake ad-hoc contractual maintenance for the signage of on-street prohibitions and restrictions on stopping, waiting, loading and designated parking places. Undertake installation for the signage of new Traffic Regulation Orders

Lot 2 of the framework - undertake ad-hoc contractual maintenance for the lineage of on-street prohibitions and restrictions on stopping, waiting, loading and designated parking places. Undertake installation for the lineage of new Traffic Regulation Orders

Framework operation description

The evaluation will be conducted in a two-stage process. First, suppliers will be assessed against the Conditions of Participation and a series of Pass/Fail criteria. Tenders that pass this first stage will then proceed to the full quality and price evaluation.

Awards of contracts under the framework will be carried out through mini鈥恈ompetitions among the suppliers appointed to the framework, during which those suppliers will be invited to submit quotes
