Description
Magenta Living (ML) is seeking to appoint a competent, capable, skilled, experienced, and qualified Service Provider in the provision of:
Cleaning Services to communal areas at Magenta Living Extra Care Schemes on the Wirral, Merseyside.
Two sites are included in this ITT:
- Hartley Place Extra Care, Sutton Way, Ellesmere Port, Wirral, Merseyside CH65 7EU, a sixty-unit site.
- Barncroft Extra Care, Larchwood Place, off Kylemore Drive, Pensby, Wirral, Merseyside CH61 6YH, a twenty-one-unit site.
