Scope
Description
This procurement will establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the Supply and Installation of Fencing and Security Products across the Contracting Authority's operational area.
The Framework will cover the supply, delivery, installation, maintenance/repair and (where applicable) removal/reinstatement of fencing.
The scope includes site surveys, setting out, utility/service avoidance, ground preparation, post installation (driven, augered or equivalent methods), installation of posts, panels, close board, mesh, netting and gates, integration with drainage and earthworks interfaces, temporary works, reinstatement and provision of as built documentation.
All works shall be delivered in accordance with applicable legislation and industry standards, including requirements for environmental compliance, health and safety, and quality management.
