Scope
Description
Leeds City Council has a requirement for a sub-contractor to provide structural internal support, and associated refurbishment works to be completed in accordance with the contract drawings and specification at the Horsforth Featherbank Primary School.
No guarantee or commitment can be given to the initial and future value of any work arising from this Tender.
We require tender submissions back by 31/03/26, the contractor is to start by the 07/04/26 and works must be completed in the 2 weeks school holidays.
We appreciate this is a very short turnaround, however, please note the reason for the urgency is that it's structural work that's a H&S risk and is temporarily propped.
Your tender submission must be submitted electronically by no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday 31st March 2026 using the Jaggaer portal at Leeds City Council Jaggaer Homepage. Late tenders will not be considered.
