Description
Eastlight Community Homes requires an experienced and competent contractor to deliver fully reactive void cleaning, clearance, environmental cleaning, and garden clearance services, ensuring properties are prepared to the required standards within strict timescales (72 hours for clearance, 48 hours for cleaning) while complying with all obligations under the Building Safety Act 2022, health and safety legislation, and asbestos protocols.
