Minimum £12K public liability insurance.

Within a geographical 60 mile radius of the site.

• This is a build-only contract; design responsibility remains with the appointed consultants

• Supply of sanitaryware, kitchen units and appliances is excluded

• Contractor shall allow for full coordination and installation readiness for items supplied by others

• Any discrepancies shall be referred to the Parish Clerk prior to pricing

• Omissions from drawings or schedules which are reasonably inferable as necessary for completion are deemed included in the Contractor's price

• Installations shall be robust, vandal-resistant where appropriate, and suitable for frequent use

• All works to comply with manufacturer's recommendations and relevant British Standards
