Scope

Description

Toilet Refurbishment Project:

Strip Out

To set up site with floor protection to walk ways and provide skip.

Make safe all Electrical and Plumbing connections.

Carefully Decommission, Strip out and Remove the following items to the skip on site:

4x WC Pans, 2x Urinals, 5x Basins, 4x Cubicles, 1x Drinking Fountain, 28sqm Vinyl Flooring,

28sqm Solid Ceiling, 8x Lights, 2x Sockets, 6sqm 100 mm Brick Wall, 1x Door only, 1x Door

and Door frames, 3x Radiators, 2x Hand Dryers, 1x Carefully remove for relocation water heater, 1 x extraction vents/fans, 7sqmwall tiles, 1 x install lintel to create new opening.

Flooring

Floor Finishes supplied and installed as follows:

28sqm Vinyl Flooring including primer and latex self levelling compound,

35lm Vinyl upstands (Cap and Cove), 2sqm Make good flooring, 1x Install new connection into manhole for new toilet waste run.

Wall finishes

Wall Finishes supplied and installed as follows:

1sqm New Stud Wall to be Built (unfinished) double sided, 58sqm Prepare Walls for Cladding, 58sqm White Hygienic Wall Cladding (with trims) - Full height

Carpentry

Carpentry works supplied and installed as follows:

1x FD 30 Ply door inc Ironmongery, 10lmNew Timber Boxing, 9lm MDF Skirting

Ceilings

Ceiling works supplied and installed as follows:

28sqm Suspended ceiling with smooth plasterboard tiles

Extraction

Extraction fan and fittings as follows:

1x Window fan and shutters

Decoration

22sqm Prepare Walls for Decoration, 22sqm Paint Walls with Washable Bathroom

Emulsion, 3x Paint Door and Frame (one side), 1x Paint Skylight, 9lm Paint Timberwork

Electrical & Lighting works

Electrical & Lighting Works supplied and installed as follows:

10x 600 x 600 LED Grid Light, 2x Lighting PIR Sensor, 2x Emergency Down Light, 3x

Turboforce Junior Plus Hand Dryer, 1x Water heater wiring, 1x Surface Mounted Power

Supply for Hand Dryer, 1x Cable, Accessories and Electrical Certificate,

Plumbing Works

Plumbing Works supplied and installed as follows:

8x Standard BTW 400mm high pan inc Seat & Cistern with Button, 7x Inta Push Taps, 2x

Waste 1.25 unslotted, 2x Basin fitting kit, 3x 15mm Thermostatic Blending Valve, 3x

Radiators, 3x Radiator valves, 1x Rellocate Water Heater into Store Room, 16lm Copper

service feeds, 8x Soil Pipe run inc materials, 2x Waste Pipe run inc materials,

1x Wash Trough

Supply and Install Cubicles and Vanity Units

Misc

12x Fit Client Dispenser, 1x Final Builders Clean,
