Welding and Facilities Buildings

• Full refurbishment of a facilities building and surrounding area to facilitate a new training centre.

• Full refurbishment of welding and fabrication workshop to bring it up to modern standards in line with current regulations.

• New cladding

• Upgrade of lifting equipment (overhead crane)

• Mechanical, electrical, heating and ventilation systems upgrades

• Introduction of controlled flammable gas facility

• Internal modular office construction

Fabrication Building

• Removal of identified asbestos

• Installation of new roof covering including insulation

• External re-cladding

• New windows and doors throughout

• Partial internal strip out including concrete cutting to floor slab

• Full internal refurbishment to mechanical, electrical, heating and ventilation systems

• Refurbishment of existing welfare facilities

• Resurfacing of surrounding areas including access roads and concrete slab
