Description
Velindre University NHS Trust, through the Welsh Blood Service (WBS), requires the design, manufacture, supply, delivery and commissioning of two (2) Mobile Donation Clinics (MDCs), together with associated equipment and optional ancillary elements, to support the continued delivery of community blood donation services across Wales.
