Description
The fire engineering consultancy service shall provide specialist advice and guidance on all matters
relating to fire safety throughout the RIBA Stage 2, 3 & 4 design and development process. This
includes, but is not limited to, the review and optimisation of building layouts, the development of fire
safety strategies, and the provision of technical input to support safe, compliant, and efficient design
solutions.
