Tenderers must complete the Price Submission. The prices entered in the Price Submission must be exclusive of VAT.
The Tenderer鈥檚 total price is first compared with the Norm Total Cost for the equivalent number and type of dwellings to produce an index for the tender. (A tender higher than the Norm Total Cost would have an index greater than 100 and a tender lower than the Norm Total Cost would have an index less than 100. The calculations will be undertaken to two decimal places.
