Description

We wish to appoint a supplier to work with us to review our evaluation framework and provide independent verification of delivery against targets. This involves data collection, analysis of and annual summary reporting. We also require a mid-point evaluation at the end of year 3 (2029) and a final evaluation at end of year 5 (2031) which the consultant will help to design. This may entail data collection beyond the methodology detailed in the Corporate plan.
