Description
DCG is seeking to procure the services of a single contractor to the role of Principal Contractor to deliver the Broomfield Hall and annexe refurbishment works for 2026. Works will include a full range of refurbishment works in a live site environment on a phased handover scheme starting no later than 29.06.26 with practical completion on or before 16.10.26 as detailed within the Guidance document available for download from This is a multi stage procurement process, this Stage 1 invites interested parties to submit a PSQ to ascertain a shortlist of contractors for tendering.
