The project includes for the installation of a timber flat-roof structure over the existing steel roof, replacement of 3Nr skylights and the removal/re-instatement of a PV array. The Main Contractor is required to programme and co-ordinate the work of any subcontractors and should plan for the works to be completed in 6 weeks.
