鈥淭he strength of the industrial sector continued to provide numerous and varied opportunities,鈥 said managing director Simon Girardier. 鈥淲invic Group retained and grew its position as contractor of choice for a number of blue chip clients and household names.

鈥淥ur ability to deal with fast-track programmes, phased handovers and change management provided project certainty to meet demanding 鈥榞o live鈥 dates.鈥

Winvic expects market conditions to remain strong in the occupier-led industrial and distribution sector.

鈥淥ur capability for large scale civil engineering, earthworks and infrastructure projects will allow us to commence a number of new developments,鈥 said Girardier.聽

鈥淥ur sectors of operation will broaden and we will look to secure work in the 鈥榦ut of town鈥 retail sector. This type of work matches our skill set and can be accommodated comfortably within our existing infrastructure."
