Locally-based Mackenzie Construction鈥檚 contract is worth a shade under 拢4.0m; Wates鈥� is
拢4.3m; Mears鈥� contract is worth less than 拢2.8m.
The framework deal includes cladding, replacing doors and windows, roof work, lighting and insulation.
