The work will be carried out by Skanska Sweden (75%) and Skanska UK (25%).
Last year, Skanska and ESS had signed a cooperation agreement for the whole construction project and a design contract for the first stage.
Construction project is taking place in several stages, with separate agreements concluded at the beginning of each stage.
