The US$141m (拢86.5m) contract will be the third project Skanska has completed for this client. The new campus consists of a 22,000m2 patient tower and a diagnostic and treatment building, a 5,500m2 office building, a central energy plant and associated site work.
The project is planned to achieve LEED Certification.
Work will begin late this month and is scheduled for completion in July 2015.
