Skanska picked for Norwegian road tunnel 30 Mar 14 Skanska has signed a contract with the Norwegian Road Administration to build the Ljø tunnel in Møre and Romsdal, Norway. Work on the NOK389m (拢38.9m) scheme will begin in May. The proect is due for completion in October 2016.
