Shepherds sells PFI stake

27 Jan 12 Shepherd Construction has sold its 20% stake in the PFI/PPP infrastructure asset North East Fire and Rescue (NEFRA) to John Laing Infrastructure Fund (JLIF) for £1.15m.

JLIF now owns 100% of NEFRA following its recent acquisition of an 80% stake from the John Laing Group and successful capital raise of 拢130.7m.
