The application, submitted to Leicestershire County Council, is for a development measuring approximately 1,020m2 with associated parking, services and landscaping.
Conygar has a further two acres available for development and is in discussions with potential occupiers.
Jones Bros Civil Engineering is currently on site constructing a spine road and utility services that will open the site up for future development. This enabling works package is due to complete this week.
