In the newly-created role, Kershaw will work across the group, NG Bailey said, to develop and deliver sustainable, future-focused solutions for its clients which accelerate their transition to more efficient, resilient, and sustainable buildings.
He will create and implement a strategic plan to expand the business's low carbon offering. His focus will be on delivering measurable outcomes by combining data insight, engineering expertise, and practical delivery to unlock the long-term value of reduced carbon assets.
Kershaw comes to NG Bailey with 15 years experience in carbon reduction and resilience through large infrastructure projects, and was most recently managing director of Dalkia Energy Services
