Reds10 founder and chairman Paul Ruddick takes the new role of CEO of Reds10 Group, overseeing a family of nine businesses that sit within the Group. Paul will also continue in his role as Reds10 chairman.
Ryan Geldard, currently Reds10 Managing Director – Offsite, takes the role of CEO of Reds10, assuming day-to-day leadership of the business. The company aims to industrialise construction, and embed AI across its operations.
Reds10 deploys Modern Method of Construction (MMoC) to design and build high-quality sustainable buildings for the public sector, with a particular focus on defence, education, justice, health, as well as temporary accommodation and social housing.Â
As well as its core industrialised construction business, the group includes nine businesses focused on temporary hire and installation, interior design, mechanical and electrical works, and more.
The restructure comes after Reds10 reported financial results for the 2024/25, with revenue of £144.7m and an industry-leading operating margin of 4.8%. Reds10 plans to grow its revenue to £500m and is targeting an expansion into the healthcare sector, as well as the affordable housing and temporary accommodation sectors.
Reds10 manufactures all its buildings off-site at its facility in Driffield, East Yorkshire, where it has five factories totalling 300,000sq ft. By investing in its own workforce, the company aims to deliver sustainable and innovative buildings in modern manufacturing facilities which are then transported and assembled on site.
