The contract with Akademiska Hus has a value of about SEK450m (拢40m).
The new Forum Medicum will provide science and education facilities across six floors plus a basement level.
It has been designed by Henning Larsen Architects.
Construction is scheduled to start in the third quarter of this year for completion during the spring of 2023.
