The Guinness Partnership said that the contracts would support the delivery of energy efficient homes across the 135-year-old housing association’s national footprint of more than 70,000 homes.
Axis Europe will cover Greater London and the southeast; Fortem Solutions will be working in Yorkshire, Humberside and the East Midlands; Morgan Sindall Property Service will cover the home counties; Novus Property Solutions the southwest; and United Infrastructure the northwest, including Greater Manchester.
United Infrastructure said that its contract alone was worth £364m over the 15-year term.
For Novus in the southwest, the contract value is £165m over the full term – £11m a year.
