Guinness Partnership signs maintenance agreements

16 Mar Housing association The Guinness Partnership has announced long term maintenance and investment agreements worth more than £1bn over the next 15 years.

The Guinness Partnership said that the contracts would support the delivery of energy efficient homes across the 135-year-old housing association鈥檚 national footprint of more than 70,000 homes.

Axis Europe will cover Greater London and the southeast; Fortem Solutions will be working in Yorkshire, Humberside and the East Midlands; Morgan Sindall Property Service will cover the home counties; Novus Property Solutions the southwest; and United Infrastructure聽the northwest, including Greater Manchester.

United Infrastructure said that its contract alone was worth 拢364m over the 15-year term.聽

For Novus in the southwest, the contract value is 拢165m over the full term聽鈥撀犅11m a year.
