The new larger space at Caddick鈥檚 Northspring Location in Birmingham will, the firm says, reinforce its commitment to the region. After two years in the region, the company has a forward order book worth 拢300m, and a target pipeline of 拢1bn.

The move will see Caddick more from a 900sq ft office in Temple Street to a 2,590sq ft space in the same building. The office launched in 2023 with a staff of 10, and is now home to a team of more than 75 people. The new office increases desk space by 80% and adds a third meeting room.

The contractor鈥檚 project portfolio currently includes Cole Waterhouse鈥檚 拢43m flagship regeneration development, Upper Trinity Street in Digbeth, and the neighbouring Stone Yard project on behalf of Moda Living and Aviva Capital.

Caddick is also working on a 拢28m urban logistics scheme at Foundry Business Park in Wolverhampton. Recent appointments also include Delamere Health鈥檚 拢20m addiction clinic on the site of the former Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue HQ in Bestwood.

Ray O鈥橲ullivan, regional managing director at Caddick Construction Midlands, said, "We have seen tremendous growth in our project portfolio and in the talented team we鈥檝e formed over the last two years. The new space is vital for facilitating the next phase of our expansion, creating a dynamic and collaborative environment to strengthen our growing team and continue providing exceptional service and delivery for our clients. It will also enable us to fulfil our commitment to supporting the local economy and communities.鈥
