The contract is for an office on DTU鈥檚 campus in Kongens Lyngby, 15km north of Copenhagen. It is BAM鈥檚 first non-residential building contract in Denmark.

Royal BAM Group founded BAM Danmark earlier this year to establish a permanent branch office aimed at the Danish non-residential construction market.

The DTU project involves the construction of a 1,300m2 office, which will connect the clean room facilities of the national centre for micro- and nanofabrication and an existing building. The new building will provide office space to researchers at DTU Nanotech and is due for completion next year.
