Area Cleaning Supervisor / Area Manager Location: Stoke-on-Trent to Cannock (covering a portfolio of sites across the region) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 per annum

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Cleaning Supervisor / Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites across the Stoke-on-Trent region.

This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleaning service delivery, managing teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will have the flexibility to plan your own schedule, with a requirement to be on-site during key operational hours (typically between 3:00pm - 6:00pm).

Key Responsibilities Operations Ensure all sites meet and maintain agreed client and company standards Manage and support supervisors and cleaning operatives across multiple locations Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and quality audits Monitor performance and implement improvements where required Ensure all services are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget Maintain accurate site documentation and compliance records Customer Service Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues Take ownership of problems and ensure timely resolution Represent the company professionally at all times Commercial Manage budgets across your portfolio of sites Control labour and supply costs in line with agreed budgets Authorise and organise stock and equipment for sites Obtain client approval for additional works where required What We're Looking For Experience in a similar area supervisor or cleaning management role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively Good understanding of health & safety regulations Strong communication and client-facing skills Full clean UK driving licence (essential) Enhanced DBS check (including Child Barred List) required What We Offer Competitive salary of £29,000 - £32,000 Autonomy to manage your own schedule Opportunity to oversee a growing portfolio
